I'm pretty sure there are a number of bugs in the model for the low-carb diet that i put together.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;It kind of feels right though and fts my and many other people's experience of low carbing.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I like the idea of a procrastination post. I'm I Lo-Carb advocate, but nonetheless have always dismissed the lo-carbers' claims that calories don't count (Taubes et al.).
